I was wracking my brain trying to work out a cool bonus for joining the 90's Rock Masterclass recently and asked myself the question;
"What do all the best 90's rock singers have in common?"
And I realized I'd seen every single one of my favourite singers wailing through a Shure SM58 at some point or another.
The rehearsal room, big stage or even local shows - somewhere, at some time, they've sung through one of these dynamic little workhorse industry standard microphones.
I've sung through at least a hundred of these in my time as a singer, probably hundreds if I think back to all the rehearsal rooms and live shows I've done over the past 25 years as a singer.
