Your voice is a tool of expression and reflex - basically, our brains are tuned to specific frequencies as a form of primitive coordination.

I mean, you don't really need to speak the same language as someone to understand that they're angry/scared/lost/looking for directions etc - it's all in the tone of their voice regardless of the language barrier.

Now, the voice in it's neutral state doesn't actually make all of these tones required for communication on a frequency level, so it actually has to shift into different anatomical setups to create these varying tones.

This is important to you as a singer because your SINGING VOICE also requires these same expressive tones to reflexively shift the vocal mechanism into the right physical state.

Learned more in this then I have in 5 years of multiple courses and coaches, game changing information and instantly unlocked a range I didn't know I had. Very refreshing for things to actually make sense and work in a practical way. If you feel stuck in your mid high range I think this is especially helpful but still helpful no matter where your voice is at. Easiest 5/5 rating I've ever given.
